The newest attraction at Golfland is not related to golf. The family entertainment center now offers go-karts, the only go-kart track in the area. The track opened in June 2001and was a hit with both kids and adults. Steve Carlson had planned the go-kart track for a couple of years and was excited about its completion and the response of the customers. He said that customers have had nothing but positive things to say about the go-karts, and he had most riders come back repeatedly because of their experiences. The track is lighted and is open until 11:00 pm. There are double go-karts for children too small to drive their own go-kart. |
